Job responsibility & qualifications

  • Establish and post job adverts on job search websites
  • Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
  • Screen qualified/eligible candidates
  • Participate at recruiting events
  • Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
  • Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates
  • Manage and maintain the resume database
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and in written form
  • Proficient computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Possess initiative and professionalism with the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.

Requirements
