Job Description

As a Sales and Account Manager, you will:

  • Act as the point of contact and handle the client’s individual needs.
  • Generate new business with the use of the existing company’s network contacts.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and effectively maintains and retains existing clients by building long-term relationships.
  • Responds to all inquiries within the specified timeframe.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Set sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions tracks sales statistics and submits them to the General/Operations Manager for period reviews.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.


  • Proven work experience as a Sales/Account Manager or Sales/Account Executive.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills –strong grammar, written and oral skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • An independent thinker and require little supervision.
  • A willingness to go above and beyond the “call of duty”.
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude


  • BSC degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
  • 2 years ‘prior sales experience typically preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in Davao Office.
